About Us

Hi, we're Ron and Tannis. We are the owners of Axiss Marketing Inc., and we're really happy to be here to serve you.Fairmont has been a vacation spot for ourselves since 1980. When the opportunity presented itself and the need for larger accommodations was felt, we pursued purchasing in the new development of Fairmont Ridge (some people refer to it as Marble Canyon). It is located along the 17th fairway of the beautiful Mountainside Golf Course.Axiss Marketing started renting properties in 1994. We bought our first two properties to offer a more comfortable, spacious accommodation in the Fairmont area for families wanting a little more than what the local timeshare facilities offered. After a few years in business we found there was a great demand for someone to manage other owners properties in the area so we expanded to a full property management company. Today we have 16 properties and our portfolio is growing constantly. To date we have helped over 600 families enjoy a few days or a few weeks in the beautiful Windermere Valley. Some have stayed with us each and every year since 1994. They love the area as much as we do. We have enjoyed our own family reunion utilizing our properties and have helped other people do the same.So plan to stay with us for your next summer or winter vacation of just peaceful resting and relaxing or for Golf Getaways, Ski Holidays, Weddings, and Family Reunions.Axiss Marketing aims to provide the ultimate in vacation experiences! Our Property portfolio consists of only the highest level of accommodations and is rivaled by none. Ten championship golf courses are within a 60 minute drive.

There are also numerous par 3 courses in the immediate area.

Local skiing includes Fairmont, Panorama,

Kimberly, Fernie, Lake Louise & Sunshine.

Take part in the many different water activities in the area, including: swimming, white water rafting, Jet Ski rentals, boating or just sunning yourself at the local beaches.

There are also many land activities to have fun with. Go for a hike and take in the beauty that is all around.

Weather

The weather is warmest in the months of May through September when temperatures linger between 10 to 30 degrees Celcius. Snow sport enthusiasts frequent the region during the months of November through February when

accumulated snowfall ranges from seven to 13 inches a month.

Spring-time campers can enjoy a temperate mountain climate that permits

golf and skiing in the same day.
